Not removing it to eat is kind of weird (and sounds hard! :S)
WikiAnswers does state that that is the world record for chewing the same piece of gum, but that has to be a mistake, sorry.
I wouldn't be surprised if the gum chewing record stretched for over a few years, but what the hell do I know anyway!?!
